Situated at Sentosa Island, you can buy the combined tickets with Adventure Cove Waterpark and The Maritime Experiential Museum. Reach early so that you can have good photography before crowd comes. It is world’s largest aquarium accredited by GUINNESS WORLD RECORD. You find yourself in a magical marine world seen through our planet’s largest window, a big pond, to the ocean. With more than 800 species of marine animals, the aquarium is home to majestic manta rays, enormous goliath grouper, napoleon wrasse, and other gentle giants of the sea. You can see the marine life of different seas of the world. It has over 200 sharks, a dolphins collection, several types of jellyfish and many rare marine species. Sneak a peek at a moray eel in a rocky crevice or tour an underwater reef community. Discover and unfold the endless wonders of our blue planet at S.E.A. Aquarium. A must visit point for families having kids, sort of picnic with fishes and other sea creatures. It was years that I did not been to an aquarium, that't why I wanted to visit it even though I had already read in the review that it is really small. Have to say that the reviews were very accurate-- really really small. They put the grey little fish at the beginning expecting the colorful fish latter could become more impressive, and the convex glass to make the fish look bigger. However comparing with the aquariums I visited before, the variety and rarity of sea creatures here were kind of poor... But the short "sub-sea tunnel" was the most interesting thing. There were even a turtle and several little sharks!

Overall, I could see that they put some effort to make it more interesting. Still I think the price of the ticket should be lower...We took the MRT to Harbourfront and after a quick lunch at Vivocity, we proceeded to the 4th floor and took the monorail to the second station called Resorts World. Keep in mind if you have the MRT Ez link card you can use that to alight the monorail. Once you take the escalators down, head into the Universal studios main area but take a left (Universal Studios is on the right). It was around 2:30 pm but there was still quite a long line. But if you know anything about efficient Singapore, it moved along quite fast ! The S.E.A Aquarium starts off with the Ocean gallery. Very impressive and visually very stimulating. Once you pass this, we walked by the Shipwreck Habitat, there are other exhibits like the Ocean Dome, Ocean Journey, marine life from different regions like Red Sea, Bay of Bengal, South China Sea, etc. my personal favorite was the Open Ocean where it is said to have the planet's largest window. I mean it was breathtaking when you enter this area and this huge body of water and all those winderful marine life justs swimming away. The Stingrays were huge and man, do i mean Huge ! Another exhibit that I enjoyed were the Moray eels. I couldn't believe the size of them babies. They slithered back and forth into these dark crevices. Very creepy. Though I didn't See Nimo i did find many Dorys ! Besides the aquariums, there are also museums, artifacts, even an audio show accompanied by some live music.
We decided to have dinner at the Malaysian street 'Petaling Jaya like' restaurants. That was a disappointment as the biryani was just yellow rice and mutton curry on a plate. Other choices were very limited.
One very important point I would like to highlight was one member of our party was on a wheelchair and we were able to take her everywhere. There were elevators everywhere and the Ushers ad service people were most helpful in assisting her. Very pleasant expereince compared to our not so pleasant experience in Malaysia.
Overall, I would recommend the SEA Aquarium to everyone, especially families with children. Your kids are going to enjoy it a lot.Hello Shareef-Marzouk,Thank you for visiting SEA LIFE Michigan and taking the time to write a review on Trip Advisor!
