I would recommend the crab cakes which are rolled in potato chips, no filler all crab and seasoned perfectly. Nice wine list which is not too expensive, we shared a wonderful French Rose. When 456 FISH arrived on the downtown scene in Norfolk, it brought fine dining elegance to Granby Street.

Our cuisine highlights the seafood tradition of Tidewater Virginia, but our diverse menu has something for everyone!456 Fish was so good, we went back for another meal in the same week. The food was delicious and beautifully presented (and plentiful). The service was excellent. The atmosphere was perfect. My wife and I were visiting Norfolk and enjoyed our meal at 456 Fish. Service was friendly and prompt. The soft shell crab was particularly great. Highly recommend this restaurant.Central to our delightful Friday evening dinner was our waiter, Zach; he was welcoming and especially helpful in describing all the selections we considered. We will surely return soon to 456 Fish and I'll request one of his tables. Our meal was delicious and the she-crab soup was divine. My crab stuffed flounder was tender and delicious. All the tables were filled; the noise level was high with everyone enjoying a breezy Friday evening in May. Highly recommended and very convenient to Scope and Chrysler Hall.
